These are the terms and conditions for your purchase from Liyag Blooms. Please review them before
ordering your frame. By purchasing a frame, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Timeline and Shipping: The process may take 3-4
months. Shipping and handling will typically add 5-7 days.

Shipping Responsibility: Clients are responsible for shipping their
bouquet and covering any related costs. Detailed shipping instructions will be
provided after purchase. Not all flowers may survive shipping; a photo of the bouquet will be sent upon arrival

Address Changes: Clients are required to notify us of any address
changes well in advance to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Communication Hours: We typically respond within 2 hours during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM. Replies may be delayed on weekends, but we ensure a response before the end of the day.

Flower Usage: Due to size limitations or flower condition, not every bloom may be used. If you'd like extra-pressed flowers included, please let us know in your order details.

Design Approval: You may request 2 more mockup designs if the first one doesn't meet your expectations. Final design approval will be given before sealing. Once sealed, the frame is final and cannot be changed.

Color Changes: Neither the client nor Liyag Blooms can control how pressed bouquets may fade or change in color over time due to the natural drying process. Please note that over time, the blooms in the frame may experience natural fading, which is a normal part of their preservation.
