The planning has begun!
With the wedding bells ringing around the corner, it is important to find a floral preservation artist that will preserve your bouquet with meticulous care.
LB is honored to have been chosen for this important task. To secure your date, I recommend booking at least 2 months in advance. Please fill out the inquiry form and I will contact you to confirm my availability and provide further details. A nonrefundable deposit of $150 is required upon booking.
With our guidelines in mind, you’re now ready to customize
your frame and I will guide you every step of the way.
Step two
What's after the "I Dos"?
This can be done by yourself or to take a few things off your hands, I’d recommend entrusting this essential task to someone who will timely ship your bouquet to our studio once the wedding day festivities have wrapped up. If you are a Connecticut local, we can arrange the best time for a drop-off. Uber also offers a package delivery option to spare you the commute. I will provide detailed instructions on how to properly pack your blooms via email.
Time is of the essence and shipping as soon as possible will save the blooms from wilting and we’ll be able to reap optimal results for pressing.
Step three
Your blooms are now with me!
This is the part where the magic unfolds.
An update on the flowers, including their condition upon arrival, will be provided, and the pressing process will begin promptly.
(Note: Liyag Blooms strives to make the most of the flowers that were sent and not all flowers in your bouquet will be framed. Only the best ones will be chosen.)
Some blooms are better pressed deconstructed than whole and some don’t press well at all. So, a lot of care is given in this phase.
During the designing phase, I will help you curate the final art piece.
You will receive updates throughout the journey. This entire creative process from pressing, construction, design and framing typically takes around 10-12 weeks. Each frame receives meticulous care and attention to detail, making the wait completely worthwhile.
Step four
Your parcel at the door
Your artwork is ready to be shipped! LB will carefully
package and ship your bespoke artwork to you.
LB utilizes sustainable packaging solutions designed to reduce environmental impact. The materials are thoughtfully chosen to be eco-friendly, recyclable, or biodegradable, helping to minimize waste and promote a healthier planet.
